Teach Active offers whole-school training, providing your staff with high-quality CPD. The purpose of each session is to engage and enthuse all staff about the benefits of active learning, focusing on:
- National Educational Updates with regards to the benefits of active learning
- Latest research-based evidence on the impact of active learning
- Sharing good practice from schools across the UK and internationally
- Sharing how active learning can support latest Ofsted findings and SAT analysis
- Showcasing how the Teach Active website works
Depending on whether you are new to Teach Active, or an existing Teach Active school, we have training sessions to meet your needs.
Perfect for schools new to ‘Teach Active’. This session will provide your staff with an in depth look at the benefits of active learning and showcase how the Teach Active resource can be used within your school to support teaching and learning and drive up attitudes and attainment within maths/English
Perfect for schools who have used ‘Teach Active’ for some time and have the resource embedded into their curriculum. This session will look closely national updates and share the good practice going on in schools across the UK. Time will be spent focusing on how the resource is currently being used and explore further ways to ensure maximum impact
